• All orders are placed through WhatsApp and confirmed by our team
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason
• Payment methods include Cash on Delivery and bank transfer
• Orders are subject to product availability
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information for all purchases

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery
• We are not responsible for delays due to weather, natural disasters, or other uncontrollable circumstances
• Additional charges may apply for remote or difficult-to-access locations
• You must inspect plants immediately upon delivery and report any issues

6. Plant Care and Responsibility

Please note that:

• Plants are perishable living organisms requiring proper care
• We provide care instructions, but cannot guarantee plant survival after delivery
• Customer is responsible for proper plant care after delivery
• We are not liable for plant death or damage due to improper care
• Environmental factors and local conditions may affect plant health

7. Returns and Refunds

• Due to the nature of live plants, returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis
• Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
• Photos may be required for damage claims
• Refunds or replacements are at our discretion
• Change of mind returns are not accepted for live plants

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Parul Nursery or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use our materials or services, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damage.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Parul Nursery and its affiliates from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or your violation of any law or rights of a third party.
