Plants are living organisms and require special consideration for returns. Due to their perishable nature, our return policy differs from standard merchandise. Please read carefully before making a purchase.

Eligible for Return/Replacement

Damaged During Transit

  • • Broken branches or stems
  • • Severely wilted or dehydrated plants
  • • Pot damage affecting plant health
  • • Must be reported within 24 hours with photos

Wrong Product Delivered

  • • Different plant species than ordered
  • • Incorrect size or variety
  • • Must be reported within 24 hours

Dead on Arrival (DOA)

  • • Plant shows no signs of life
  • • Must be reported immediately with clear photos
  • • Full replacement or refund offered

Quality Issues

  • • Pest infestation not disclosed
  • • Disease symptoms not mentioned
  • • Significant deviation from product description

Not Eligible for Return

Change of Mind

Plants cannot be returned because you changed your mind or no longer want them

Improper Care After Delivery

  • • Overwatering or underwatering
  • • Exposure to extreme temperatures
  • • Incorrect placement (too much/little sunlight)
  • • Neglect or improper handling

Natural Plant Characteristics

  • • Minor leaf yellowing (natural aging)
  • • Seasonal changes in appearance
  • • Natural variation in plant size/shape
  • • Normal transplant shock

Late Reporting

Issues reported after 24 hours of delivery are generally not eligible
